Booking & Cancellation

Submitting a booking request does not reserve a time or create a confirmed appointment by itself. An appointment is confirmed only after Hemes Healing or the connected scheduling provider sends confirmation identifying the service, agreed appointment time, relevant timezone and whether the session is virtual or in person where applicable.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. A cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.

At the current service prices, the late-change fee is $27.50 for a $55 session, $50 for a $100 session and $80 for a $160 session.

A client who does not attend an appointment and does not provide notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. At the current service prices, that means the full $55, $100 or $160 service fee, as applicable.

If a client arrives late, Hemes Healing will make reasonable efforts to provide the session within the remaining appointment time. The appointment may still end at the originally scheduled time so that other clients are not delayed, and the full service fee remains payable.

The same cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms apply to virtual appointments. Clients should join at the scheduled time and ensure they have a suitable internet connection and device available.

In the case of a genuine emergency, serious illness or other exceptional circumstance, Hemes Healing may waive a late cancellation or no-show fee at its discretion.

If Hemes Healing needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client may choose either a new appointment date at no additional charge or a full refund of any amount already paid for that appointment.

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
