Hemes Healing separates routine scheduling information from the private health information used during a secure intake.

Booking information

The storefront booking request is limited to basic contact details, service interest, preferred timing and other non-sensitive scheduling information.

Sensitive health intake

Date of birth, diagnoses, surgical history, symptoms, severity and other private health details are not accepted through the ordinary Shopify booking form.

Secure intake handoff

Those sensitive details are reserved for Hemes Healing’s dedicated secure intake process and are not collected through the ordinary Shopify booking form.

Sensitive intake boundary

Health information stays outside the ordinary storefront form.

This boundary is part of the Hemes Healing architecture, not just a notice. The booking form is deliberately designed not to request sensitive health information.

  • Date of birth
  • Diagnoses or surgical history
  • Symptoms, health concerns or severity scores
  • Health indicators such as fatigue, sleep disturbance, brain fog or digestive irregularity
  • Private clinical or therapeutic history intended for the secure intake record

Consent, separated clearly

Service messages are not marketing consent.

The permissions needed to respond to a booking or send appointment information are kept separate from any optional promotional communication.

When your browser exposes Global Privacy Control, the Hemes Healing storefront recognizes that signal as part of the site’s privacy experience. Third-party services remain subject to their own privacy controls and policies.

Analytics & third parties

Sensitive intake data should not become storefront analytics data.

The planned secure health-intake workflow is intentionally separate from ordinary Shopify forms and should not pass health-intake answers into storefront analytics, advertising pixels or routine marketing profiles.

Any scheduling, intake, analytics or other third-party service used by Hemes Healing is evaluated for its privacy practices, data flows and consent behavior. Hemes Healing does not represent third-party certifications or guarantees beyond what has been independently verified.
